APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

We send a courtesy appointment reminder two days before your scheduled visit as a helpful reminder. Ultimately, it’s your responsibility to manage your appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies, which are designed to enhance your experience at Vaughan Diann Salon and Spa.

CARD ON FILE

We do require a credit card on file, for any clients that have previously no-showed for an appointment. This is a no-charge procedure only meant to secure your future appointments. Please note, if you don’t provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment, or if you do not show up, a 50% charge of the services booked may be applied.

ON-LINE BOOKING DEPOSIT

For those who prefer the convenience of booking through our website, a 50% deposit of the scheduled service cost is required at the time of booking. By proceeding, you agree to our policy of charging a no-show fee equivalent to the full deposit amount if there is no proper notification of cancellation.

REFUND POLICY
